Returns

1) What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

BLAQ'D the Brand will accept merchandise in its' original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.

Return merchandise must be post marked within 30 days from the date of delivery to blaqdthebrand.com.

Grooming/Beauty products may be returned if unopened and in the original wrapping within 10 days from the date of delivery.

We recommend using the prepaid label to return your item. Please email us at shipping@blaqdthebrand.com to receive our prepaid label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

BLAQ'D the Brand will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged (i) prior to acceptance by the applicable Mail Carrier when utilizing the prepaid label provided by BLAQ'D the Brand or (ii) in the event that the prepaid label provided by BLAQ'D the Brand is not used for the return shipment.

BLAQ'D the Brand reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in BLAQ'D the Brand's sole discretion.

Merchandise returned to BLAQ'D the Brand will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. BLAQ'D the Brand will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

2) Are delivery charges refundable?

Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?
Gift items purchased on blaqdthebrand.com may be returned. However, refunds may only be issued to the same credit card used for original payment.

Blaqdthebrand.com cannot accommodate automatic exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund using the shipping label provided and a new purchase then be placed on Blaqdthebrand.com. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability.

Merchandise returned to Blaqdthebrand.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

3) What if I don't receive my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shipping@blaqdthebrand.com.

4) What is the return policy on Sale items?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
